The general direction of ATERMES' group gets involved to increase customers' satisfaction and to improve constantly its quality management system bringing its efforts around to:

• The daily sensitisation of all the staff on the customer's exigencies.
• The definition of the quality politic and objectives on a yearly basis, and their periodic controls in all of the company departments.
• The follow up of the quality forward planning giving away actions to realise to reach each objective.
• The amelioration of the quality management system.
• The control of objectives & goals at least one time per month.
• The provision of human resources and necessary materials.

The Companies of the group:

ATERMES' group is composed of three companies which step in in the same domain of activity. To make sure of customer's satisfaction in an approach of improvement continues, each company is certified ISO 9001. To use fully the dynamic of the group, functional links are put in place between the organisations.
