About us

ATERMES, created in 1989, has become today a group composed of more than 150 people.

Gradually, as it has grown, ATERMES has developed more and more skills in its four key areas : Mechanical, Electronic, Optronic, and Software.

Building on the experience gained and our efficient industrial tool, our teams develop high-technology solutions where technical, environmental, or climatic conditions are severe.

Our history

In 1989, Charles CASANOVA set up ATERMES (Applications Techniques Études Réalisations Mécaniques Électroniques Systèmes), a small subcontracting and engineering company specializing in electronic and mechanical wiring for the defense industry, in a garage in Bagneux in the Paris region.

ATERMES took the decision to expand with the acquisition of the Montigny-le-Bretonneux site, in the Yvelines department.
This new site close to major decision-makers enables the development of high value-added studies and designs.

Since February 9, 2023, ATERMES has been reinforcing its production capacity by combining the resources of MSB INDUSTRIES, a company fully integrated within ATERMES. All MSB INDUSTRIES' activities have now been transferred to our Salbris industrial site, strengthening our skills and resources, and enabling us to extend our range of services to all MSB INDUSTRIES and ATERMES customers.
